Green Mountain Road, Apex Mountain Road, Hwy 3A - Penticton, Oliver
Green Mountain Road is the main attraction here - a winding back road with some great scenery and light traffic. Side trip up Apex Mountain Road. Optional route to Oliver from Hwy 3A - Twin Lakes Road, White Lake Road, Fairview White Lake Road, Willowbrook Road, Fairview Road.

A nice meandering and twisty backroad starting in Grand Forks BC and heading north along the Grandby River.
ViewMerritt to Brookmere via Coldwater Road
A very scenic ride along a paved backroad with multiple views of the Kettle Valley Railway and Coldwater River. The road is quite twisty.
ViewCreston to Nelson via the Kootenay Pass
Creston to Nelson via Salmo, Hwy 3 and Hwy 6. Another enjoyable motorcycle ride with nice scenery. About 128 km and all paved.

Starts with the Balfour - Kootenay Bay Ferry, and then it's corners, corners and more corners - along with gorgeous views of Kootenay Lake and the surrounding mountains. Motorcycle heaven!
ViewNelson to Slocan to New Denver - Hwy 3A, Hwy 6
West from Nelson on Hwy 3A/6, then north to New Denver on Hwy 6. A few good curves and some interesting scenery along the Hwy 3A/6 stretch. Hwy 6 riding gets better the closer you get to New Denver. The riding is excellent north of Slocan. Some nice scenery along the way. Kootenay Lake and River, Slocan River, Crescent Valley Beach Park, Lemon Creek, Slocan, Slocan Lake, Silverton.
ViewNakusp to New Denver to Kaslo to Balfour plus Sandon - Hwy 6, Hwy 31A, Hwy 31
The section from New Denver to Kaslo is one of the best motorcycle roads in BC. The scenery is great the entire way too, and there's a lot of history in the area - mining, a WW II Japanese Internment camp, etc.. The route continues from Kaslo to Balfour along Hwy 31. Side trip to Sandon, an old mining town. The route is all paved except the backroad to Sandon.
ViewRoad to Sun Peaks Resort
From Heffley Creek (Hwy 5 north of Kamloops) to Sun Peaks Ski Resort via Heffley Louis Creek Road, Sun Peaks Road. Good pavement, moderately twisty, some nice sweepers down lower. Narrower, steeper and tighter turns closer to resort. About 37 km.

Hwy 24 from Little Fort (Hwy 5) to a few km south of 100 Mile House (Hwy 97). Ascends from valley bottom to mountain plateau. Gentle curves, light traffic, provincial parks, fishing lakes and camping. About 97 km.
